Game of Thrones fans go crazy over the Bristol City signing of Hordur Magnusson

Icelandic defender Hordur Magnusson was very recently signed on by the Bristol City Football club, but this new revelation has made fans a little more excited than they would usually be. To begin with, the name Hordur sounds all too familiar for Game of Thrones fans, and most of them have already made a connection between our beloved character Hodor (who’s dead, by the way), and Hordur Magnusson, and since the Game of Thrones character is far too loved by us fans, this little link has made it quite an uproar.

Fans expressed their delight on twitter by merging the faces of Hordur with Hodor. Check it out below:

After Hodor’s tragic death in season 6, fans were overjoyed at this tiny detail that can make us fans a little happier post the end of season 6.
