Game of Thrones’ Carice van Houten (Melisandre) to star in Prime Video series Malice

The remarkable characters in Game of Thrones, each portrayed by an equally remarkable actor, are among the show’s greatest features. Melisandre, portrayed by Carice van Houten, was one of the characters on the program that piqued a great interest (and might appear again). van Houten has also expressed her interest in the prequel House of the Dragon. The actress will now be seen in an equally intriguing role in Amazon Prime Video’s upcoming psychological thriller series ‘Malice’.
Carice van Houten to headline Malice
The Game of Thrones star Carice van Houten is set to join David Duchovny and Jack Whitehall in a new psychological thriller series that has been ordered at Amazon’s Prime Video, titled Malice. James Wood (“The Great,” “Rev”) is the show’s executive producer and writer from Britain. Tailspin Films and Expectation Entertainment will collaborate to produce the series for Prime Video.

Although the specifics of the narrative of Malice are being kept under wraps, insiders claim that the show will center on Whitehall’s character, a young guy who tries to break into the world of a wealthy family, with Duchovny and van Houten portraying its heads.
