Game of Thrones had a myriad of villains. Some went through a transformative journey and emerged as heroes, for example, Alfie Allen‘s Theon Greyjoy. Others were downright sadistic, like Joffrey Baratheon, played by Jack Gleeson, whose death was celebrated by the viewers. The extremely talented actors, Allen and Gleeson, will now be seen together in an upcoming thriller show ‘Safe Harbor’.

Alfie Allen and Jack Gleeson to lead ‘Safe Harbor’

Ottark co-creator Mark Williams, Night Train Media, and Submarine have announced the casting of Alfie Allen, Charlie Murphy (Peaky Blinders, Happy Valley), and Jack Gleeson in the Dutch-Belgian thriller series, Safe Harbor. In the eight-part drama, which is for Belgian streaming service Streamz and Dutch streamer Videoland, they co-star with rising Dutch sensation Martijn Lakemeier.

What is ‘Safe Harbor’ about?

The show centers on Tobias (Allen), a talented hacker, and Marco (Lakemeier), his aspirational best friend, as they attempt to join the exclusive group of cyber millionaires. When they happen to meet paths with the Irish mafia, they are snatched out of peaceful obscurity and thrown headfirst into the pandemonium of organized crime.
