Fans react to Jon Snow’s rude goodbye to his direwolf Ghost

Game of Thrones Season 8 is not going too well. The show has been getting a lot of flak from the fans for dropping quality in writing and illogical plot points. One of the things that bothered the fans from this weeks episode — Game of Thrones Season 8 episode 4, “The Last of the Starks“, was Jon Snow and his rude goodbye to his direwolf Ghost. Read on!
When Jon is leaving Winterfell, and Tormund bids him goodbye. Jon then asks him to take Ghost along with him, since Ghost would like the real North even better. Jon hugs Tormund, Samwell and Gilly and we then see Jon leave, and Ghost longingly looks at him, but Jon leaves without even petting him, just sharing a look. This upset a lot of fans:
