Fans compare The Mandalorian’s Bo-Katan Kryze to Game of Thrones’ Daenerys

Game of Thrones’ Daenerys Targaryen has become a pop culture icon, and whether you like her character or not, you have to bow down to the queen when even ‘The Baddest Man on Planet’ calls the character a badass. Hence, whenever there’s a discussion about the strong woman archetype in TV shows and films, fans are bound to compare their new favorites to the Mother of Dragons.

Bo-Katan Kryze reminds fans of Daenerys Targaryen

The third season of The Mandalorian recently came to a gratifying end, and ever since Katee Sackhoff’s Bo-Katan Kryze has been getting more limelight than the original protagonists, fans have been speculating she will now replace Pedro Pascal’s Din Djarin as the titular ‘Mandalorian’. Fans have even noticed a pattern similar to that of Game of Thrones, comparing Din to Jon Snow, and Kryze to Daenerys.

What do the fans say about the eerie similarity?

Fans all over social media were quick to point out the obvious similarities between the two characters, and how Bo-Katan is basically the Daenerys of Star Wars (even more so after re-discovering the Mythosaur). Here’s a collection of some of their opinions from Twitter:
