Emilia Clarke’s G’iah joins Nick Fury to fight off the “Secret Invasion” in new trailer

Game of Thrones celebrities are seizing some of the biggest roles in the entertainment industry out there. Many of them have been associated with the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Game of Thrones alum Kit Harington and Richard Madden have already made their debut in the Marvel Universe with the film Eternals. Their Game of Thrones co-star Emilia Clarke is the next in line for a role in a Marvel project. Her upcoming MCU series recently dropped its first trailer.

Who is in the cast of MCU’s Secret Invasion?

A number of MCU veterans will be returning in the new Marvel series, along with several newcomers, including Emilia Clarke, who plays G’iah, Talos’ daughter. G’iah was last seen as a child in the MCU film Captain Marvel (2019).

MCU alums who will be seen in Secret Invasion: Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Ben Mendelsohn as Talos, Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill, Don Cheadle as James “Rhodey” Rhodes, and Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross.

Along with Clarke, Olivia Colman, and Kingsley Ben-Adir will be debuting in the Marvel Universe with Secret Invasion as Sonya Falsworth and Gravik, respectively.

What is the release date for Marvel’s Secret Invasion?

Marvel’s Secret Invasion will be released on Disney Plus later this year on June 21, 2023.
