David Tennant trolls his son Ty at the London Comic Con after House of The Dragon’s success
House of The Dragon Season 1 finale has brought us to the door of a full-blown civil war with the now grown-up cast, thanks to the several time jumps we have noticed since the beginning of the series. This is important because the saga of the struggle between the Greens and the Blacks spans several decades, and the time skips help get to the point in the storyline that the series is actually based on. During one of these time jumps in episode 6, a slightly older version of Aegon II, possibly in his early teens, is played by none other than Ty Tennant, the son of the most famous Doctor Who actor, David Tennant.
David is proud of his son Ty, but he does love pranking and teasing his family a lot. When both David and Ty visited the London Comic Con, David decided to pull off a silly jest on Ty, when he was busy signing autographs for fans. In a photo posted to social media by Ty’s mum Georgia, David turned up and stood behind Ty at his autograph stand, holding up a sign that read: “He’s not that special!”

Even though the sign says otherwise, fans quickly noted that David had underlined ‘He’s’ and ‘Special’, showcasing his love for his son in a cryptic way, that he indeed is special to him.
