Tom Glynn-Carney, who portrays the role of Aegon in House of The Dragon, has shared funny behind-the-scenes moments from the sets, and they are viral online. One of them is a snapshot that’s been screenshotted, shared, and obsessively analyzed. Fans love seeing how the show is made; one such photo is a clear favorite.

The viral photo that caught everyone’s eyes

It is hilarious to know that even celebrities can have a tough time navigating the world of social media. During the busy days of filming, Tom Glynn Carney tried to take a break and use his handle. Olivia (Liv) Cooke snapped a photo of his struggles, which quickly went viral. The internet can’t get enough of his hilarious expression and the funny situation.

A Twitter user humorously suggested that Tom Glynn-Carney is sending a message to his onscreen traitor, declaring he is still alive. However, he is more likely to attempt to send a Snapchat. Tom Glynn Carney, in an interview with NME, said,

“Yeah, that’s me trying to work out how to make an Instagram post. I saw a really funny tweet that basically said, I think this is Aegon texting Aemond; I am still alive bitch. Yeah, he is likely Snapchatting him. Yeah, it felt cute; delete it later. Yeah, I think Liv took this at the monitor because she thought it was funny that I was doing.”

Behind the scenes of filming hectic roles

Making House of the Dragon is a complicated process, with much time spent setting up and waiting between takes. Tom Glynn-Carney was caught lounging on set, looking like a messy blob, trying to make the most of his downtime. Despite the chaos, moments like these show just how much humor and creativity goes into bringing the world of Westeros to life.

“Uh, I don’t know what I was doing replying to an e-mail of some sort ’cause there’s a significant turnaround in these setups to burn the incense. The incense runs out, so they have to reset the incense and all that sort of stuff, so yeah, there’s a big chunk of time in between and just lying there like a little slimy slog better do some work. Yeah, but there are a lot of potential outcomes from that photo.”
