Daemon Targaryen knocks down a soldier in latest House of The Dragon photos
Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon is scheduled to be released in early 2022, and it seems they are going to make it in time looking at the speed with which HBO is wrapping things up. We are getting photos from the set every other day, and most recent leaks from Cornwall have revealed quite a lot of info that wasn’t known before. Recently, Matt Smith was spotted at a filming location in Daemon Targaryen’s attire, and he didn’t seem to be in a good mood.
Twitter account, House of the Dragon Brasil (@HOTDBr), tweeted several photos of the shoot, and a few of them show Daemon Targaryen throwing a tantrum at what appears to be a war council. Members of the Kingsguard and new injured extras (one of whom looks like he’s having a blast) were also present.

They also posted a video of House Velaryon holding a war council that includes Corlys Velaryon (Steve Touissant) and Daemon Targaryen, which supports the theory that these scenes take place during the War for the Stepstones.
In the video we see a royal messenger deliver some bad news to Daemon Targaryen, and his reaction is quite accurate to the Fire and Blood novel. He knocks down the soldier in rage and storms off the set.
