Hannah Waddingham was scared she would start “lactating” while filming ‘Walk of Shame’ on hearing her baby cry
Pregnancy is one of the toughest periods for women. It changes their lives in a way men can’t understand. Especially for single working moms, it gets extremely horrendous. Game of Thrones and Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham juggled both her work and parenting quite perfectly, but even she had her embarrassing moments. While filming the famous ‘Walk of Shame‘ scene on Game of Thrones, she could hear her 8-week old daughter cry from behind the set, and she feared she might lactate during the shoot.
Waddingham told The White Wine podcast, “So my daughter was eight weeks old when I went out there with my friend and had the really embarrassing moment of being in my wimple and nun’s habit. And I could hear my daughter crying, like, offstage, behind the building for that first part of the walk of shame.”
“And I thought, oh my god, I’m going to start lactating through my [clothes]… but thankfully not!”
Waddingham also opened up about the experience of being waterboarded as part of the role on Game of Thrones.
She said, “I was at David Benioff’s birthday, and we were all discussing that because recently, it’s been spoken about in the press that I said that I was waterboarded for 10 hours and it was the worst day of my life other than childbirth.
“What I actually said was, it was next to childbirth, but I would 100% do it again. Because you know that they’re not actually going to kill you.”

Game of Thrones is undisputedly the biggest TV show of the 21st century. There’s hardly anyone who hasn’t heard of the fantasy epic. The show witnessed unprecedented levels of viewership and popularity, so we can easily assume that majority of the people on this planet must have watched the series at some point. Well, there are a few who claim to have never watched Game of Thrones, and the show’s alum Jason Momoa’s Sweet Girl co-star Isabela Merced is one of them.
When speaking with the AP about their new Netflix film, Sweet Girl, Momoa and his young co-star, Isabela Merced, were asked about their first meeting and how they hit it off. After he noted that they’re very similar in their styles, Merced admitted to her ignorance of his Game of Thrones time.
She said, “I hadn’t watched a single episode of Game of Thrones. I still haven’t. And I’m so sorry.”
It is not the first time Momoa has heard that. In fact, he had a quite funny response ready at hand.
He said, “Don’t watch it. That’s not how you want to see your father.”
Momoa’s response shows why he is known as one of the most down to earth celebrities in Hollywood. How do you respond when someone tells you they haven’t watched Game of Thrones yet? Talk to us in the comments below!
Taking a shower is one of the most basic activities that you do at least once a day. However, we might know a few who don’t really like to get themselves wet unless it’s really important. Recently, there was an odd trend on social media where celebrities were asked if they take a visit to their bathrooms on a regular basis. The answers might surprise you. The first instance appears to have been celebrity couple Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, who said in a July episode of Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast that they soap down only their essential areas every day, and just wash their children when they spot dirt on them. However, Game of Thrones star Jason Momoa assured fans that his onscreen affinity for water carries over into his personal hygiene.
The Aquaman actor told Access Hollywood, “I’m not starting any trends. I shower, trust me. I’m Aquaman. I’m in the fucking water.” After pointing to his Hawaiian background, he added, “We got saltwater on me. We good.”
His actor friend Dwayne Johnson joined him declaring himself to be “the opposite of a ‘not washing themselves’ celeb.”
“Shower (cold) when I roll outta bed to get my day rollin.’ Shower (warm) after my workout before work,” the “Jungle Cruise” actor tweeted. “Shower (hot) after I get home from work. Face wash, body wash, exfoliate and I sing (off-key) in the shower.”

Dune is one of the most promising sci-fi movies of this year, and if successful we might be looking at one of the best fantasy-based movie series of the decade. It has already garnered a lot of attention due to its amazing star cast, which includes Game of Thrones actor Jason Momoa. Momoa is known for his great bonding with co-stars, he has maintained a great friendship with his Game of Thrones co-star Emilia Clarke. Recently in an interview with Gamesradar, Momoa talked about sharing amicable moments with Dune co-star Timothee Chalamet.
Momoa plays Duncan Idaho – the handsome swordsman from Dune who trains the leading character Paul Atreides, portrayed by Timothée Chalamet in the upcoming movie. He told Gamesradar, “It was exactly like in the film – he’s like a little brother. He’s so intelligent. He’s something else to watch. Tim is such a beautiful actor and considerate. He cares about his craft way more than I do. It’s just impressive to be around people like that.”
“That joke [about muscles in the trailer] came from me. There are these outtakes where I went up to Timmy, and I go, “Look at you, dick and ribs.” Denis comes up and says, “What is this talk about the ribs and his dick? I don’t understand.” I’m like, “Well, it’s funny, because Timmy’s so skinny.” He’s like, “OK. Maybe you can do it in another way?” But Timothée [got me back]. When I hug him he kneed me in the balls so hard! You can see it if you watch in slo-mo.”
Can you imagine someone as skinny as Chalamet getting the better of Momoa? Tell us in the comments below!
