Taylor Swift’s Game of Thrones response to Sophie Turner calling her new song a ‘bop'

Relationships, good or bad, are a part of life’s experiences. These cause you pain and suffering at some time, and joy and fulfilment at others. It takes a lot of time to finally find the one. The experiences we go through teach us who to trust. However, getting over a relationship is not easy. Well, it certainly isn’t the case with pop star Taylor Swift. It is being speculated that Taylor’s new song Mr Perfectly Fine is about Joe Jonas. Sophie Turner, who played Sansa Stark on Game of Thrones, had the perfect reaction to Taylor Swift’s new song.

In a post to her Instagram stories, Turner, who is married to Joe Jonas, shared a clip of the song and tagged Swift. “It’s not NOT a bop,” she captioned the snap. Swift later shared Turner’s post on her own stories, writing back, “Forever bending the knee to the Queen of the north.”

The hilarious interaction between the two could be a response to speculation that ‘Mr Perfectly Fine’ is about Jonas. He and Swift dated briefly in 2008, just before the release of her second album, Fearless. Mr Perfectly Fine, about a former lover who moved on quickly, is a previously unreleased song from this era.

We can understand Sophie’s sentiments, as she once called Joe the best hubbs ever. What do you think of the ongoing drama? Talk to us in the comments below!

Game of Thrones will witness its 10-year anniversary on 17th this month. Fans of the show dearly miss the excitement of watching a new episode every week. HBO is trying to revive the tradition with a number of prequel shows. House of The Dragon is already on the way, while three more series are in development at the headquarters. However, it seems there’s more for Game of Thrones fans they can look forward to. George R.R. Martin is developing a live stage spectacular for Broadway. The play will bring fan-favourites like Ned Stark and Jaime Lannister back to life. And it seems like Nikolaj Coster-Waldau is quite interested to watch it come to life.

Nikolaj Coster-Waldau retweeted The Hollywood Reporter’s article about the upcoming drama. He asked, “Where can I get a ticket?” Well, the answer right now is nowhere, although the goal is to debut the play on Broadway in New York City, at the West End in London, and in Australia in 2023. Hopefully well after the coronavirus has receded and theatres are back open.

This is a surprising tweet coming from Coster-Waldau. The actor had earlier said he doesn’t miss Game of Thrones and he’s done talking about it. Well, it seems deep down he does share a bond with the land of Westeros.

The more versatile an artist is, the more coveted they are. There are many examples of highly talented actors like Christian Bale or Tilda Swinton who have played vastly different roles. They transform themselves completely, often going to extreme measures to bring out the aura of their character. Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams has undergone a big transformation for her latest role.

The actress is playing model Pamela Rooke in a new TV drama about the punk band The Sex Pistols. In a behind-the-scenes picture from the set, Maisie can be seen rocking Rooke’s signature look – a huge blonde bouffant hair with matching bleached eyebrows.

She was also sporting a dramatic winged eyeliner with red lips. The 23-year-old was dressed in a transparent, yellow overcoat over black suspenders and stockings with white ankle boots.

Rooke, also known as Jordan, was noted for her work with Dame Vivienne Westwood, attending early Sex Pistols gigs and creating the W10 London punk look. Trainspotting director Danny Boyle is heading up the six-part series about the Johnny Rotten-fronted band.

Pistol, based on guitarist Steve Jones’ memoir, will chart the band’s rise to fame in the 1970s. Are you excited about the upcoming biopic series? Talk to us in the comments below!
