HBO has released new photos from Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 2

Game of Thrones has had a notorious history with leaks and looks like it isn’t done yet. After Season 7 and the massive leak debacles, Game of Thrones Season 8 was put on high security by HBO. However, it looks like something slipped anyway. Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 2 has leaked online, hours before the actual airing. Read on!

HBO has released new photos from Game of Thrones Season 8 Episode 2

The leak comes from Amazon Prime Germany, which seems to have had a similar issue as DirecTV did with the first episode. Fans found out that the second episode would play after the first one if they kept watching, and it wasn’t too long before the episode was ripped and uploaded to the internet.

Social media sites like Reddit have already begun discussions on the episode, and it looks like the juicy spoilers are flowing out. HBO has indeed been extra careful this time around, but it looks like they can’t control all the strings.

In the most basic terms, this is barely a leak. It’s more of some minor software fault or human error at best. Either way, if you were/are planning on watching the episode legally and on time, you might want to stay away from the internet for the remaining few hours.  Just tread lightly, as the night is dark and full of spoilers.

Game Of Thrones star Jason Momoa shaves off his beard to raise environmental awareness

Game of Thrones stars are a lovable bunch on the whole, but some of them are so pure that they have made a special place for themselves in the fandom. One such actor is Jason Momoa, who played the role of Khal Drogo. Known for his legendary beard, the actor has gone on to play another great character with the same beard – Aquaman. Now, Momoa has shaved off his beard, and for a great cause, too. Read on!

Momoa did the whole shaving in a video, which is a part of his campaign. He posted the video to his social media, speaking about his new line of canned water, and how aluminum recycling can help us reduce plastic waste. Check out the video, below:

Momoa said:

“I just want to do this to bring awareness that plastics are killing our planet, and I think I have a solution. There’s only one thing that can really help our planet and save our planet, as long as we recycle, and that’s aluminum. About 75 percent of all aluminum that’s ever been used is still in circulation today, and it’s 100 percent recyclable.”

Of course, the internet went into a frenzy following this, because Jason Momoa’s beard has its own fan following:

Well, at least he is doing it for a good cause! What do you guys think about this? Talk to us in the comments, down below!

Game Of Thrones stars Emilia Clarke and Richard Madden make it to TIME's 100 Most Influential People list

Game of Thrones has been one of the biggest phenomena on TV for almost a decade. The stars of the show have gone an incredible transformation, but nothing can match the ordeal that Emilia Clarke went through, and the way she managed to carry herself through it. So it is no surprise that she was named on the TIME’s 100 Most Influential People list and she’s not alone as Richard Madden, who played the role of Robb Stark in the show also made it to the list. Read on!

Time magazine recently released the Time 100 list, which is known worldwide. Every year the magazine names the year’s most influential people, and our Khaleesi and the original King in the North found a mention in the list this time around. 2019 marks the sixteenth year of this honourable list, covering categories like politics, science, entertainment, sports, et al.

Both Emilia and Richard have been named in the artists category. Great British actress, Emma Thompson who is working with Emilia in the upcoming movie Last Christmas spoke with Time:

“Emilia Clarke, they said. I confess — I worried. Ten years on Game of Thrones is enough to turn anyone funny. Would she still have bone-white hair and eat only raw horse?

What was revealed was a woman of mickle might, whose instincts, whetted by years of hard work in environments that were not always safe or healthy, are as finely honed as any I’ve encountered. She has the courage of a small lion, the stamina of a Welsh pit pony and the soul of a clown. A powerhouse to watch and an ally to die for.”

Northern Irish actor, director, producer, and screenwriter Sir Kenneth Branagh, who worked with Madden on the hit movie Cinderella told Time:

“Richard Madden has a rigor and a discipline in his work that makes him a very tough self-critic. In fact, he’s much tougher on himself than anyone else is. In him, this is an asset.”

There’s no doubt that both Richard and Emilia will continue to inspire us all in the years to come. What do you guys think? Talk to us in the comments, down below!
