Karen Fukuhara from The Boys wants Kimiko to channel her inner Arya Stark to kill Homelander
Kimiko and Arya are two sides of the same coin.

June was truly an incredible month for television show lovers as both House of the Dragon and The Boys released new seasons. They furthered the story with an interesting blend of unique characters and an intriguing storyline that kept fans entertained for a long time.
While there may not be a direct overlap between the two shows, actress Karen Fukuhara who plays Kimiko in The Boys recently shared how she would like to kill Homelander. That has a subtle connection to House of the Dragon’s predecessor, Game of Thrones.

Fans of The Boys need no introduction to Homelander, who has shattered all boundaries to become one of the most feared villains in television history. With gigantic ego issues and a need to be loved and respected, Homelander’s powers know no bounds. The ragtag team of The Boys has been trying to take him down for four seasons to no avail.
Season 5 will be wrapping up the narrative as fans bid adieu to the characters. In a recent podcast appearance, Kimiko actress Karen Fukuhara shed light on a scene she wishes to see in The Boys season 5,
“I would love to see a Kimiko-Homelander face-off moment. But also be careful what I wish for, because Homelander is very powerful, and a face-off might not be a great idea for Kimiko. But I loved Game of Thrones, and I thought that the Arya Stark victory against the White Walkers was just so… like, unexpected and amazing. I just loved that… that moment when she… she’s the one to do it. You know, it’s very unexpected, and so I don’t know. I’m… maybe it’s Kimiko that takes down Homelander who knows, or she might die in the process, so… knock on wood. I really don’t want that. I’m like… maybe not.”

Kimiko may appear innocent and harmless on the outside, but once she puts on her metaphorical fighting gloves, she is fierce and unstoppable. Her agile fighting style leaves the opponent with no time to plan a defense. Much like Arya from Game of Thrones, Kimiko takes advantage of her petite appearance as her foe underestimates her. It would indeed be an interesting aspect to watch Kimiko take down Homelander for good.
