Filming a big project is like a huge gamble, you don’t know if it will pay off, you just have to work on your intuition. Sometimes these films or shows don’t see the light of the day, no matter how much they had progressed, like the Game of Thrones’ cancelled prequel Blood Moon or The Long Night. Game of Thrones itself was on the verge of being called off even before its first season, and we are grateful it didn’t. However, there’s another famous project that got cancelled a few years ago, and that would have starred Game of Thrones alum Jason Momoa.

Momoa was chosen to play the lead role in The Crow, a remake of the cult classic film of the same name starring Brandon Lee. The original movie was itself a tragic story, with the star Brandon Lee dying on the set due to a prop malfunction. Since then it has been known as the Crow curse, the legend growing more popular once the remake was scrapped off. Recently, a few clips of Jason Momoa in costume as the titular hero have come to light. Let’s have a look!

The shooting couldn’t continue due to financial and creative discrepancies, and we missed out on an opportunity to witness another cult classic in the making. Would you have loved to see Jason Momoa as The Crow? Talk to us in the comments below!
