Sophie Turner shares details about the Stark sibling rivalry at Comic-Con
Sophie Turner, better known for playing the role of Sansa stark in HBO’s cherished show Game of Thrones was in San Diego for Comic-Con International along with her several co-stars for the show’s big Hall H panel on Friday. Prior to the event, she went on to discuss her outlooks on the swelling Stark sibling rivalry and the disagreement they hold over organising the defences of the North with EW.
“I think the sibling rivalry stems from childhood”the 21 year old British actress says.“
“The reality is Jon is the military man, and the sexism exists where he believes that [a man should be in charge]. And in reality, Sansa is a really wonderful politician, and he doesn’t recognize it enough to appreciate it. It’s difficult because military-wise, she doesn’t know anything. And she is kind of butting in on that respect. And he, on the other end, is trying to be more of a politician, and he doesn’t know as much as she does. If they could just learn to collaborate,” Turner explains.

Witnessing from the Dragonstone episode, it seems that this brother-sister conflict is not going to end anytime sooner, or on a good note for that case. Earlier Sophie went on to articulate that viewers might begin to hate her character by the end of season. Could this imply something? Does it have something to do with the aforementioned discussion? Is there a big betrayal waiting up for Jon? Do tell us what do you think about the context in the comments section.
