Rose Leslie talks about avoiding Game of Thrones Season 8 spoilers from Kit Harington

Game of Thrones has a giant fandom, and we are split two ways. One part wants to avoid spoilers at any cost, while the other wants to know every little detail about the filming and leaks, and we belong to the latter one. However it seems former Game of Thrones actress, Rose Leslie, who played the role of Ygritte on Game of Thrones, wants none of those spoilers. In a recent interview, she discussed how she keeps away from the spoilers from her fiancé, Kit Harington, who plays Jon Snow, perhaps the most important character on the show. Read on!

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly about the The Good Fight, the spin-off to the popular TV show, The Good Wife, in which she now stars, Leslie discussed Game of Thrones Season 8 spoilers, too. Apparently she has a system to ensure Kit Harington doesn’t slip her any spoilers, after he’s done reading a Game of Thrones script:
“I for sure ask Kit not to show me his excitement after he has read an episode, simply because I don’t want to read anything in his eyes.”
She went on to talk more about Season 8, and how she wants to hear none of it before she actually watches the show:
“I know the anticipation is killing a lot of people, and my God the build-up is fantastic. I can’t wait until next year. So when he’s at the other end of the room and reading the episode, it’s like, no,…we are not going to have eye contact for a long time. Go make a cup of tea. Calm down.”
