Peter Dinklage wins the “Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series”
It’s time to celebrate as Peter Dinklage has won another Emmy award for playing the role of Tyrion Lannister on Game Of Thrones! Peter Dinklage had already created an Emmy record by becoming the most nominated actor in the category and now he has gone ahead and won the award for the third time!
Peter Dinklage has won an Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series in 2011 and 2015. He has managed to receive a nomination for all 7 seasons of the show, which is a great feat and it just shows what an amazing actor he is and I am overjoyed to see him winning the award once again.
He had competition from his Game Of Thrones co-star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau who was nominated for the first time. The third Lannister sibling, Lena Headey who plays Cersei was also nominated in the Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series category but she didn’t manage to win the award.
We will keep you updated with the latest news from the Emmys. Let us know your thoughts about Peter Dinklage winning the Emmy award.
