Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon is the most hyped show of 2022. So far it has checked out all the parameters that were placed before its premiere. One of them being the casting of actors for various roles, and just like its predecessor, House of The Dragon has managed to impress the audience in that field as well. Actress Olivia Cooke, whose performance as the older Alicent Hightower has been praised by both fans and critics alike, is one of the many gems amongst the highly talented cast. However, having to constantly keep in mind what to spill and what to keep was one of the things that worried her the most during her interviews.

In an episode of the Private Parts podcast, Cooke confessed to being extremely nervous on the set of Jimmy Kimmel Live. She said, “As I was talking to him [Kimmel], it just felt like I was a meteor just hurling towards the earth. Like the rate at which the words were just f*cking spitting out of my gob. It was so horrible.”

“But you are also rapidly analyzing at the same time, so I m just like well that died, that joke just died, and there’s nothing from the audience and you’re like “Oh God!”

She added, “And then you’re being judged,  it’s fine being judged as a character. I can deal with that. But being judged as yourself is just harrowing. It’s awful, I hate it.”
