Nikolaj Coster-Waldau says accurate Game of Thrones spoilers are present online
Game of Thrones Season 6 premiered over a year ago, and as we all know by now, Season 7 is about three months away. In the meantime, all we are doing is living off of fan theories, spoilers and cast interviews. We have been getting quite a few cast interviews these days, but no stars seem to be revealing any more information about Season 7 than we know already. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Jaime Lannister on the show, recently talked about Game of Thrones spoilers, and more. Read on!
Nikolaj was onthe BUILD Series, recently, talking about his new film, Small Crimes, and of course, Game of Thrones came up. Watch the full interview, below :
When it Game of Thrones spoilers, Nikolaj thinks there are correct ones out there that we aren’t able to tell apart. He said :
“What’s interesting, though, is every year there are huge spoilers online where people find out real stuff and they will post it, and you go, ‘Oh my God, they just spoiled the whole season online!’ But then, because there’s 10,000 other spoilers out there, they’re not real. It just gets lost in the shuffle. So, it’s all out there, by the way, if you can find it.”
He does make a lot of sense. There are way too many spoilers around for us to tell the accurate ones apart. Nikolaj also talked about the much discussed scene at the end of Season 6, which has Jaime sharing a look with Cersei, He said :
“I was very into the scene. It’s interesting how much you read into a look like that, because, it’s like, ‘Oh, clearly he’s going to leave her now. There’s no question. This is it. This is reminding him why he killed the Mad King. Now he’s going to go and kill Cersei. There’s no question about it.’ And it might happen, who knows? I mean, I know, but…”
There are also a lot of other good Game of Thrones bits in the interview, so watch the video above, and come talk to us in the comments, down below!
