Milly Alcock and Olivia Cooke are amongst the favorites to be nominated for Emmy 2023 as Best Supporting Actress
For the past couple of months, HBO has been ruling the television circuit with incredible shows that are breaking record after record. While 2022 ended with the blockbuster Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon, the beginning of this year has been even better with a bigger hit, the TV adaptation of the video game The Last of Us. House of The Dragon’s Olivia Cooke and Milly Alcock are predicted to be nominated for best supporting actress at this year’s Emmy Awards, according to Variety.

According to Variety’s list, 4 House of The Dragon stars have a chance to get nominated for an Emmy in the Best Supporting Actress Award category. They include Milly Alcock (young Rhaenyra), Olivia Cooke (adult Alicent), Eve Best (Rhaenys), and Emily Carey (young Alicent). Variety’s top 10 predictions include:

According to THR’s awards expert Scott Feinberg’s predictions, House of The Dragon will earn nominations in the following four categories:
• Best Drama Series
• Best Actor – Paddy Considine
• Best Actress – Emma D’Arcy
• Best Supporting Actor – Matt Smith
Apart from these, Olivia Cooke, Fabien Frankel, & Steve Toussaint have also been predicted as major contenders at this year’s Emmy Awards.
