Lisa Bonet files for divorce from Jason Momoa two years after separation

It’s really difficult to find the one for you, but it’s much more difficult to move on from someone who was a significant part of who you were. Jason Momoa, the star of Game of Thrones and Aquaman, separated from his wife Lisa Bonet two years ago. Now, Bonet has officially filed for divorce, officially marking the beginning of the end for their relationship.

Once a star-couple of Hollywood, Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet’s break up was shocking to a lot of fans. On Monday, the 56-year-old actress filed divorce papers from the Fast and Furious star in a Los Angeles County court.

Irreconcilable conflicts are stated in the petition as the cause of the separation. According to the document, the two have decided how to divide their assets and that neither should need financial assistance. According to the filings, they will share custody of their 15-year-old son and 16-year-old daughter.

Despite the whirlwind that has uprooted his once-settled life, Momoa seems to harbor no ill will towards his ex-wife.

A couple of months after their separation, the Game of Thrones alum opened up at The Batman on their mutual feelings and how his family is coping with it, “We’re just so proud [of Zoe], Lisa couldn’t be here so we’re representing, me and the babies. We’re very excited to just be here… It’s still family, you know?”
