House of The Dragon to resume filming in Caceres from November 3
Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon is one of the high-priority projects at HBO currently underway. The production is moving swiftly despite hitting some minor obstacles along the way, as indicated by the regular leaks occurring all over the internet. A few weeks ago, the House of The Dragon team had to take a temporary break from filming in the Spanish city of Caceres as an important crew member fell ill due to coronavirus. We finally have some news regarding the filming of the scenes in the area, and also more news from other sites.
House of The Dragon will resume filming in Caceres from November 3, 2021, according to a report by the Spanish newspaper Hoy. HBO contacted the extras the very same day the case was reported and informed them that the recording will take place at the beginning of November, on the 3rd theoretically. The case does not seem very serious, since the cancellation of the last day of filming in Cáceres did not seem to affect the rest of the locations. However, we still await further news from Monsanto about the filming, though some of the prequel’s stars have been spotted in the Portuguese city.
