House of The Dragon reportedly casting for young Targaryens for Season 2

House of The Dragon Season 1 combined the best of everything we have come to love about the Game of Thrones franchise. Love, lust, loss, fear, blood, deception, and dragons. The first season received an overwhelmingly positive response from viewers and critics, and fans are already excited for the next installment in the Targaryen saga. The series has already been renewed for a second season, and production will begin in Spain very early on in 2023.
According to a recent report by the Redanian Intelligence, a casting call has already been issued for the role of young kids in the second season of House of The Dragon. The casting requirements specify that they are looking for blonde twins aged 3-4 with shoulder-length hair to film for a few days sometime between April and June 2023. Here’s the poster that was issued:
If we go by the lore, the news strongly suggests that the casting is being done for Targaryen kids, most probably Helaena and Aegon II’s children who will be the victims of one of the most infamous and heart-wrenching plots in Fire & Blood – the Blood and Cheese storyline.
How much do you think the story of these kids will influence the story of Season 2? Tell us in the comments below!
