House of the Dragon crew prepares to film another battle scene in Surrey

Season 2 of House of the Dragon will have far more gore than the previous one. Fans are comparing the impending battle scenes to the infamous Battle of the Bastards from the Game of Thrones prequel as being much more horrific. We already know that the Battle of Gullet is on the way, but it seems like another battle sequence is being currently filmed.

House of the Dragon to film a battle scene in Bourne Woods in August

HBO has finished more than half of the filming for House of the Dragon Season 2. Principal photography was completed in Spain and Wales just a few weeks ago, and simultaneous filming is going on in the Leavesden Studios, UK. And looking at new leaks provided by House the Dragons fan account, we can assume there’s another battle sequence in the plans.

The House of the Dragon season 1 conclusion rang the bell for what was to come in subsequent chapters. There will be many wars in Season 2, and the Targaryen family will be completely torn apart. The Battle of Rook’s Rest will be in the fourth episode and will be directed by Alan Taylor, would be the first significant combat.
