Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson says he could have killed Conor McGregor during their MMA session

Game of Thrones has a giant on the sets!Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, who plays the role of The Mountain on Game of Thrones, is nothing short of a giant. He is a strongman, and often participates and wins competitions, so it goes without saying that he is as strong as his character is supposed to be. Now, you might remember that he had a famous friendly MMA session with UFC star Conor McGregor, who sort of has a reputation for getting into brawls with opponents that outclass him. Hafþór recently revealed that he had to hold himself back to avoid fatally hurting Conor in the session. In a recent sit-down with RT Sport, Hafþór talked about how he went easy on the UFC star, says TMZ. He said :

“If I would push all my power into him, I would crush him. Crush him. I had to hold myself back because I have too much power for a man his size.”
