We have seen several protective mothers on-screen over the years, but very few come close to Lysa Arryn from Game of Thrones. After losing her husband, she kind of lost her mind and became overprotective of her son, Robert Arryn. Actress Kate Dickie, beautifully portrayed the character, bringing out the craziness and a mother’s love perfectly. Now we can’t even imagine any other person in that role. She will now be appearing in the upcoming season of the highly popular Marvel series ‘Loki’.
It is rumored that Dickie will be playing a villain the second season of Loki, starring Tom Hiddleston. She will be joining the already confirmed cast Hiddleston, Owen Wilson, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Sophia Di Martino, Eugene Cordero, Tara Strong, and Rafael Casal. Production on Season 2 of the breakout hit series has been completed.
The second season of Loki is rumored to be released in the summer of 2023 and is directed and executive produced by Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead. Eric Martin is the head writer.
