Game of Thrones Season 8 is full of betrayal, says Sophie Turner
Game of Thrones has been a show full of epic twists over the years, but Season 8 might have some of the biggest ones yet. As we wait for the final chapter to come out, there is a lot of hype being thrown around, which is starting to amp up. In a recent interview, Sophie Turner, who plays the role of Sansa Stark on the show, recently said that Season 8 will be “full of betrayal.” Read on!
Sophie recently was on the cover page of 1883 magazine, and she talked about Game of Thrones Season 8 in the accompanying interview.
Speaking of Game of Thrones Season 8, Sophie said:
“What can you know… this season is bloodier than ever. It’s full of betrayal, full of war, full of danger. That’s all I can say without giving too much away.”
She was then asked what she felt about the fan hysteria, to which she said:
“It doesn’t get frustrating; I mean it’s entertaining. It does happen. I remember when I dyed my hair blonde, and everyone thought Sansa was a Targaryen. Everyone reads very much into what we do in our personal lives. Obviously, you know the tattoo is related to the show. It’s just a quote from last season. I think the die-hard fans know that but we like the speculation. It keeps it interesting! Also, the more off the mark, the better for our season. So you know, I’ll throw them off with anything. I’m going to get a tattoo of completely wrong hints on my forehead.”
Well, that’s what long periods without a new season does to us fans! What do you guys think about this? Talk to us in the comments, down below!
