Game of Thrones: How the stunning wildfire explosion was created with VFX

Game of Thrones season 6 ended more than a month ago, and the finale episode is still etched into the minds of the viewers because of its splendid execution of the wildfire explosion in King’s Landing courtesy of Cersei Lannister. Cersei’s brutal destruction of a chunk of King’s Landing starting from the Great Sept of Baelor gave us some major goose bumps since the VFX on the wildfire and the destruction it brought was created beautifully. Rising Sun pictures created this brilliant visual effects breakdown video for viewers to see how the effects were brought to life on screen.
