Game of Thrones episode 6 title might confirm the most popular fan theory
The title and synopsis of episode six and episode seven of Game of Thrones have been revealed recently. Episode six is titled ‘Blood of my Blood’ and episode seven is titled ‘The Broken Man’. Now every title has some major clue about what’s going to come in the episode and thus, the title of episode six might confirm a very popular fan theory.
Though the plot synopsis for episode six goes like, “An old foe comes back into the picture. Gilly (Hannah Murray) meets Sam’s (John Bradley) family. Arya (Maisie Williams) faces a difficult choice. Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) faces off against the High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce.)”. It is kind of obvious that the episode will have much more to it than mentioned in the plot synopsis.
A redditor recently wrote that, “I’m calling it right now, episode 6 will be all about Jon Snow and it will be the episode where we’ll confirmR+L=J (a popular fan theory positing that Jon is not Ned Stark’s bastard, but rather the son of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen). ‘Blood of my Blood’ certainly refers to Ned being Lyanna’s brother. Jon still shares Ned’s blood through her. If I’m right, we’ll probably see a lot of Targaryen backstory, probably through Bran (who’s getting more and more adventurous in his visions, if we believe the preview for episode 5).”
But blood of my blood could also revolve around Daenerys’ storyline since it’s an English translation of a Dothraki phrase ‘Qoy Qoyi’.
Furthermore, even Kit Harrington had mentioned earlier that there will be this one episode which is the most important episode for Jon and had said that, “There’s one episode this season, which is Jon’s story, that’s the most epic episode we’ve done.”
So it could be possible that the episode Kit mentioned about is episode six. Only time will tell. Read the entire theory below.
