The first Game of Thrones Official Fan Convention is coming, ton of cast members set to attend

Game of Thrones fans are in for a treat! Warner Bros. Themed Entertainment and Creation Entertainment have announced The Game of Thrones Official Fan Convention to be held this year. It will take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center from Dec. 9-11, 2022. And House of The Dragon stars are the latest celebs to join the list of franchise’s alums who will appear at the con.

According to the press release, House of The Dragon’s Paddy Considine (King Viserys Targaryen), Steve Toussaint (Lord Corlys ‘The Sea Snake’ Velaryon), and Matthew Needham (Larys Strong) will be joining the Game of Thrones stars Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy), Jack Gleeson (Joffrey Baratheon), Kit Harington (Jon Snow), Kristofer Hivju (Tormund Giantsbane), Kristian Nairn (Hodor), Daniel Portman (Podrick Payne), Gemma Whelan (Yara Greyjoy), and Isaac Hempstead Wright (Bran Stark) at the convention in Los Angeles. House of The Dragon showrunner Ryan Condal will be making a special virtual appearance live from London where he is working on Season 2 of House of the Dragon.

Aside from individual panels and autograph signings, fans can rejoice with DJ Kristian Nairn at an evening dance party that will be hosted later on. The hosts of the Official Game of Thrones podcast, Jason Concepcion and Greta Johnsen, will tape a live episode from the mainstage in front of Westeros’ biggest fans. Fans can also get a sneak peek of the all-new Game of Thrones display that will launch at the Warner Bros. Studio Tour in Hollywood in early 2023 featuring original costumes and props from HBO’s Game of Thrones.

Guests will have a chance to win great prizes during cosplay and trivia competitions and shop for exclusive merchandise that will only be available to purchase at the Convention. Single-day general admission tickets are $65/per day. So what are you waiting for? Get your tickets right here!
