Fans react to the execution of Vaemond Velaryon in House of The Dragon Episode 8

Game of Thrones was known for displaying some of the most gruesome death scenes in television history – from Oberyn Martell’s head getting crushed to Joffrey suffocating to poison, and many more. And it seems the prequel House of The Dragon is upholding the tradition, featuring an extremely brutal and bloody birthing sequence in the first episode itself. Episode 8 featured the death scene of a recurring character, Corlys Velaryon’s brother, Vaemond Velaryon.

Vaemond Velaryon is executed in a pretty brutal way after he commits treason by calling out Rhaenyra’s children as bastards. This is how fans reacted to his death scene on Twitter.
