The latest episode of House of the Dragon Season 2 has indeed sparked a flurry of speculations and predictions among fans. Fans are eagerly anticipating how the story will unfold from here, although the latest episode has garnered mixed reactions.

House of the Dragon Season 2 Episode 5 adds a spooky element

While Game of Thrones has always dealt with blood and horror, House of the Dragon has managed to one-up it with body horror – first with Viserys, and now with Aegon II. Harrenhal has been playing tricks with Daemon, as fans doubt the existence of Alys Rivers. Rhaenyra, on the other hand, is trying hard to establish dominance in her council.

Fans are impressed by the details in Episode 5, but unimpressed by the pacing

Though there was not much action in the episode, “Regent” managed to score a decent 7.8 on IMDb. This is also reflected in fans’ opinions, who are already looking forward to the next episode:
