Only one episode is left in the second season of House of the Dragon. The Targaryen story has taken a fascinating twist with Rhaenyra preparing for war, accompanied by her newly discovered dragonseeds. This episode was the first time since season one when we see fear on Aemond’s face, after he realizes he is outnumbered.

The stage is set for an epic battle

While the Greens and Aemond are basking in the glory of their recent wins, the Blacks have been taking desperate measures to gain an advantage in the civil war. After Rhaenyra sees Addam ride on Seasmoke, she successfully finds other dragonseeds, out of which two manage to claim Silverwing and Vermithor. When Aemond comes to realize the fact, he retreats in disbelief.
