Game of Thrones Season 7 was a roller-coaster ride, and we saw a lot of events happening at a quick pace. Jon Snow went North of the Wall, along with others, to capture a wight, and they all got stuck. Daenerys Targaryen had to rescue them, with her dragons. Like we all know, Viserion ended up getting killed by the Night King, and rise again as a wight dragon. Now a new theory talks about how the remaining of Daenerys’ dragons will die in Season 8. Read on!
A Game of Thrones fan has now explained on Reddit, how Daenerys Targaryen’s dragons will die in Season 8. Check out the full theory below :
The theory has a solid ground. It talks about how the animals in Game of Thrones have been used to portray symbolism, and proceeds to make a case about the direwolves resembling the Stark siblings to whom they belong. The same logic is then extrapolated to the dragons.
The dragon are named after three guys in Daenerys’s life, Khal Drogo (Drogon), her brother Viserion (Viserys), and her other brother Rhaegar (Rhaegon). Viserion was killed, like Viserys was. Drogon is quite like Drogo, and the Redditor believes that Drogo will survive, and help Daenerys conquer the world, and also kill undead Viserion, like Drogo killed Viserys. The theory also says that Jon will get to ride Rhaegal, as it is named after his father.
This is quite an interesting take, and we can actually see it all holding true, as the theory is quite plausible. What do you think? Talk to us in the comments, down below!
