Game of Thrones’ Kit Harington to star in new horror film ‘What Remains of Us’

With his portrayal of Jon Snow on Game of Thrones, Kit Harington shot to prominence and has since become a household figure. Since then, Harington has advanced significantly, portraying memorable characters in several anthology series. Harington is making huge progress with the variety of roles he is bagging, the latest one being of a father in an upcoming horror film.

What is ‘What Remains of Us’ about?
Harington joins fellow Game of Thrones actor James Cosmo (Jeor Mormont) in What Remains of Us, directed by Alexander J. Farrell and written by Greer Ellison. The official synopsis reads:
“Set deep in rural England, the film is framed from the point of view of Harington’s character’s 10-year-old daughter (Caoilinn Springall). Behind the walls of her family’s isolated, fortified compound, she begins to question her unusual life. She discovers that once a month her father turns into a monster. Her parents say the monster is nothing to be afraid of but when the monster escapes, the girl has to confront the harsh reality of her father’s identity and make a life-altering decision.”
What is the release date for ‘What Remains of Us’
The filming of What Remains of Us was recently completed, and there has yet to be an official announcement regarding the release date. After the first look image was recently released, we can expect the airing date to be revealed very soon.
