Game of Thrones’ Peter Dinklage to voice Scourge in ‘Transformers: Rise of the Beasts’
Game of Thrones stars have been landing major roles in almost every big franchise ever since the show got hit. From Marvel to DC and other great production houses, the film industry has benefitted a lot from their immense talent. Peter Dinklage is one of the most familiar faces in the film-making industry currently, and has played several iconic characters over the years. He has managed to break stereotypes, push away boundaries, and solidify his role as an accomplished showman. From playing Tyrion Lannister in Game of Thrones, to starring in the MCU as Eitri the Dwarf King, Peter Dinklage has come a long way. He will now be joining another fan-favorite franchise very soon.
Dinklage is one of the latest actors to join the cast of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, and will be voicing Scourge, a member of the Predacons. His beast mode is a Locust. He will be joining already announced cast members Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, Luna Lauren Vélez, Michelle Yeoh, Peter Cullen (who is back to voice Optimus Prime), Pete Davidson, Ron Perlman (who is voicing the leader of the Maximals).
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is the seventh movie in the Transformers franchise and will be released in theaters on June 9, 2023. Are you excited to see Peter Dinklage as a Transformer in the upcoming movie? Tell us in the comments below!
