Fans react to Corlys Velaryon’s return in House of The Dragon Season 1 finale

Game of Thrones has featured several ambitious characters during its run, but very few are as charismatic as the Lord of The Tides Corlys Velaryon in the prequel House of The Dragon. Hence it shocked a lot of fans when he was injured gravely in battle off-screen in episode 8 ‘The Lord of the Tides’, and spent two episodes in a coma. Corlys will be playing a pivotal role in the Dance of the Dragons, hence it was a relief when he finally returned.
