All the new additions to House of The Dragon’s intro after the time skip in episode 6

Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon is halfway through its run, and so far it has proved to be fairly successful in all the criteria. After the violent ending of Rhaenyra and Laenor’s wedding celebration, the sixth episode moved a further 10 years where the couple now has their own children, who will one day grow up to be the dragon riders fighting in near future. This is reflected in the ever-evolving House of The Dragon intro, which went through some noticeable changes once again.

Eagle-eyed have been busy spotting new changes in the show’s epic intro ever since the sixth episode aired. As pointed out by the Twitter user @liesandarbor, these are the most recognizable changes in the intro clip of Episode 6.

Daemon’s symbol gets a closeup where previously it was only briefly shown in passing, with two bloodlines bleeding out to Rhaena and Baela. (No Corlys & Rhaenys shown)

This is representing Laena since it flows to her from Daemon and to two golden eggs

Hightowers in the original trailer – no change to bring them to prominence but in photo three, you see there are new bloodlines from Alicent

Rhaenyra now has three bloodlines jetting out to show her sons and these symbols DO have slight turquoise around them to show them as Laenor’s “sons”

RIGHT before Rhaenyra’s sons, though, it flows away and we catch a BRIEF look at someone offscreen to the right – is this Harwin’s line, and a nudge at the Strong boys’ “true” parentage? Can’t be sure, but could look like a Gold Cloaks helm…
