Game of Thrones celebs reunite to inaugurate the first official Studio Tour dedicated to the show
It has been quite some time since Game of Thrones finished its run on TV but the fever of Ice and Fire still excites a large part of the fan base across the world. More so because our beloved Westeros will surely return in different avatars; the most notable being House of The Dragon, a prequel based on George R.R. Martin’s Fire And Blood. The latest among such offerings is the Game of Thrones Studio Tour. Set in Northern Ireland, it was teased for a long time and opening was delayed due to the pandemic. It was finally opened for the general public this week, and several Game of Thrones celebs were present at its inauguration.
Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei), Isaac Hempstead Wright (Bran), and Kristian Nairn (Hodor) reunited on Friday to “break the chains” for the opening of Warner Bros’ new Game of Thrones Studio Tour at Linen Mill Studios in Banbridge, Northern Ireland. Nairn celebrated the reunion with a funny video. “Just for the record, there’s only one person allowed on my back,” he said, as Wright, 22, jumped into the frame behind him, reminiscing their time on the show.
“OK, alright, get the f— off me,” Nairn was then heard muttering as he put the phone down.
“I had an amazing time yesterday at the official opening of the @gotstudiotour in Northern Ireland! It was so lovely to see some familiar faces again, lots of you amazing GoT fans, and so many memories from filming!” he said in another post. “If you’re a fan of all things Westeros then it’s well worth a visit.”
