Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon is one of the highly anticipated shows of 2022, and is currently a prime prospect for HBO’s plans to expand the Martinverse. However, the series is going to face tough competition in 2022, as the year has been marked for the release of several other promising shows, including Amazon’s Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power TV series. Special focus was given to Robert Aramayo’s character Elrond, who is the younger version of the leader of elves we have seen in The Lord of The Rings and The Hobbit movies. Aramayo has previously played a younger version of Ned Stark on Game of Thrones. His Thrones co-star Joseph Mawle who played the character of Benjen Stark, will be joining him and will be seen playing the role of the main villain of the first season.
