Here’s where Emilia Clarke thinks Drogon went at the end of Game of Thrones
Game of Thrones ended with a bad fate for Emilia Clarke‘s Daenerys Targaryen. We saw Drogon fly off with his mother’s corpse, and we have since then had a question: where did Drogon fly off to? Well, Emilia has a theory about that. Read on!
In the series finale of Game of Thrones, we had to see Jon Snow betray Daenerys, and Drogon, late to the party, rage for a while and then simply fly off with a dead Daenerys. Emilia Clarke recently did a lie detector interview with Vanity Fair, which makes for a pretty great watch. Of course, she discussed Daenerys and her fate at the end of Thrones. Watch the full 18 minute video, below:
She was asked about who her favourite dragon of the three dragon children, to which she replied:
“Drogon is kind of like, he’s my oldest boy, who was the first, really. When the three of them came out, I think he came out first.”
She was then asked if she knew where Drogon was headed, to which she had the best response:
“I’d like to think he went to Hawaii. I know there is a specific place where dragons go [that’s in the books]. Otherwise he’s just roaming the seas. Crying.”
Well, if only Bran the Broken could verify this. What do you guys think? Talk to us in the comments, below!
