Maisie talked about how she knows the end of Game of Thrones, and how she’s filming long hours. On being asked about how much filming she has left to do, she said:
“A lot. Endless amounts. It’s a mammoth task this year, it’s huge.”
Kimmel asked her if that meant she was in many of the episodes:
“No! Not necessarily, because some of the episodes take a really long time to shoot.”
She then went on to talk about the multiple endings for Season 8 as HBO President Casey Bloys had said before:
“I heard this and I immediately thought, ‘I don’t think we’ve got the budget to shoot lots of different endings.’”
Kimmel responded by saying the information came from HBO President himself, to which Maisie replied:
“But as we know, sometimes presidents don’t always tell the truth.”
