Some stars have such an enigmatic aura, you’re left mesmerized by them even if it’s for a significantly small role. They become the face of the character for years to come, and Game of Thrones had plenty of such characters. Tom Wlaschiha who played Jaqen H’ghar, one of the most mysterious characters in the show, recently appeared in the fourth season of Netflix’s Stranger Things as a Russian guard who helps Hopper escape. Wlaschiha might actually be open to playing his iconic character once again, if the storyline intrigues him.

He talked to Express in a recent interview and clarified if he is returning to his role anytime soon, “As far as I know, it’s over. Well, if ever an offer came, I would definitely consider it. It was a lot of fun shooting that show and it was really great, an honor being part of that. Although, personally, I’m not a big fan of… fantasy but then again for me, Game of Thrones has always been more Shakespeare than fantasy…The human relations spiced up with some dragons.”

Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon is already here, and HBO is already working on several spinoffs alongside the prequel series. After the massive success of the premiere episode and earlier reports of a Jon Snow sequel in works involving Kit Harington, fans have been demanding spinoffs of their favorite characters. So there’s a really high chance Jaqen H’ghar might make an appearance in any one of them.

Do you think Jaqen H’ghar should return to the world of Westeros? Let us know on our discord server.
