Game of Thrones was a platform where real-life social issues were projected, that have been prevailing since medieval times. George R. R. Martin, the creator of the show, showed his support for the LGBTQ groups with the means of various amazing characters throughout the series. He is quite vocal about his support off-screen as well. Martin recently wished his fans all around the world on the occasion of Pride month on his official Twitter account.

Martin shared a picture of Ser Loras Tyrell, a bisexual knight from his novel. It was a concept art made by the CMON game design crew. He quoted, “Happy Pride Month, Everyone! Sir Loras in all his Rainbow Guard glory from the

There were some who were trolling the veteran author. One pointed out how Martin misspelled Ser as ‘Sir‘. Martin made fun of him by calling him a social media minion.

Some others kept asking about the Winds of Winter update. Martin seemed to remain silent on the issue.

Martin was recently seen supporting Game of Thrones actress Sibel Kekilli on her quest to protect Turkish women from domestic violence. What do you think of George R. R. Martin’s Pride month post? Talk to us in the comments below!

Game of Thrones’ cast included a great number of actors and actresses who can be described as the most down-to-earth celebrities. Jason Momoa, who played Khal Drogo, is definitely one of them. Despite achieving great success as the superhero Aquaman, he has managed to stay true to his roots. The actor seems to enjoy checking out all the cool things the world has to offer. He will now be seen in Netflix’s upcoming action-thriller titled Sweet Girl. Netflix has finally set the release date for their new revenge based action film. The film is scheduled to make its debut on Friday, August 20.

In addition, the first official photos of Sweet Girl have also been revealed, which you can check out below. Providing us with our first look at Momoa and Isabela Merced who are portraying the father and daughter roles of Ray and Rachel Cooper.

The sparkling world of celebrities is fashion prone, with all the latest items from the greatest brands right at their disposal. Even though the style statement on Game of Thrones was highly inspired by the medieval period, it can be seen outside of museums and Comic Cons as well. Jessica Rowe, the former TV presenter, shared a photo on her Instagram of herself. She wore a big cosy coat – likely a faux fur piece. And she compared herself to the famous Game of Thrones character Jon Snow.

She added a bit of glamour to her look with a belt around her waist to cinch the jacket and a pair of tights with boots. The blonde beauty’s post featured a picture of Game Of Thrones character Jon Snow (played by Kit Harington) wearing a similar fur coat.

In the caption, she asked her followers: “Who wore it better?? Fashun sweetie’ along with the hashtags ‘#craphousewife’ and ‘#winterishere.”

Jessica’s sassy fashion post comes after she caught up with Sunrise executive producer Michael Pell, earlier this week. It seems like Game of Thrones fever is still on, and might rank up a notch once House of The Dragon is released.

Game of Thrones was also featured recently in a statement given by White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki. Do you think Jessica’s get-up is anywhere close to Jon Snow? Talk to us in the comments below!
