Nikolaj Coster-Waldau deals with problems using both hands in the trailer for Netflix movie 'Small Crimes'
Season 6 of Game of Thrones aired a long time ago, and Season 7 is still a few months away. We faced a longer wait between seasons this year than we usually do, because Season 7 filmed on a delayed schedule. The filming for the upcoming season wrapped up at the end of February, so since then the cast members have been working on other projects, and giving away some cast interviews while promoting them, too. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Jaime Lannister in Game of Thrones stars in a new Netflix film titled Small Crimes, as we recently reported in an article about him almost giving away a major Season 7 spoiler. The trailer of the film has been now released, and Nikolaj is shown to take quite a ride.
Directed by E.L. Katz, the trailer for this Netflix movie was recently released, according to a report by Entertainment Weekly. The synopsis by EW reads as below :
“Nikolaj Coster-Waldau stars as a disgraced former cop named Joe Denton who, after serving time for the attempted murder of a District Attorney, returns home looking for redemption. An embarrassment to his parents and abandoned by his ex-wife, it seems things can’t get much worse. But then Joe finds himself trapped in the mess he left behind, caught in the cross fire between a crooked sheriff, the vengeful DA, and a mafia kingpin who knows too much.”
The film also starsMolly Parker, Robert Forster, Gary Cole, and Macon Blair. Watch the trailer, below :
Nikolaj Coster-Waldau seems to be dealing with a lot of stuff in this trailer, but this time using both his hands. We can see a bit of Jaime in this character, too, but we aren’t sure if that’s just us, or whether the character actually shares an angle with Jaime. Talking about Jaime, he is in a weird place right now, with Cersei seemingly slipping away from him, and her actions putting him in a moral dilemma. We won’t be finding out what happens there, till the 16th of July. However you can go get your dose of Nikolaj before that, when Small Crimes premieres on Netflix, April 28th.
