New sets for House of The Dragon being readied at Leavesden Studios

Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon is moving very swiftly, as evident from the frequent leaks we’re witnessing every other day. The filming is currently taking place in the Spanish city of Caceres as we speak, which began on October 11. Meanwhile, HBO is making simultaneous preparations at Leavesden Studios in the UK to speed up the filming process even more.
A recent picture posted by Twitter user Movies&series clips II showed a new set being readied at Leavesden Studios. It appears to be a work in progress Targaryen stronghold, with their flag being the only thing that’s visible at the given distance.

Leavesden Studios in Watford will be the prime location for filming the Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon. The studio moved on from Game of Thrones’ original shooting location, Belfast, in Northern Ireland, where most of the series was shot over the last decade.
