Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson teases Game of Thrones Season 8 and stars in a new SodaStream commercial

Game of Thrones Season 8 is taking much longer to arrive than all others before. The filming itself has been planned to be the longest ever for any season of the show, and as such we’re all expecting it to be epic, and that’s what it will be, or so says Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, who plays the Mountain on the show. You might remember Hafþór has done a SodaStream commercial before, with Hannah Waddingham, who played Septa Unella on Game of Thrones, and now he has done another one. In a recent interview withThe Express, about his brand new April Fool’s commercial for SodaStream, he talked a bit about our favorite show. While he didn’t reveal anything of importance, he used the one Game of Thrones question he was asked to tease the upcoming season. When asked what the series finale will be like, he said:

“The only thing I can tell you is that it will be epic!”

Well, more hype! On the other hand, we did get a hilarious April Fool’s commercial for SodaStream starring The Mountain, so guess there’s a plus side. Check it out, below:
