Game of Thrones: The Touring Exhibition starting off from Barcelona coming October
Game of Thrones has a massive fanbase, and the show is among the most popular TV shows right now. Now, we know that HBO had helped the fans not get too bored waiting for Season 7 with its Game of Thrones Live Concert Experience, and now HBO seems to have another grand event planned for its fans. TitledGame of Thrones: The Touring Exhibition, the event will kick off in Barcelona, Spain. Read on!
The event is all set to begin with a grand opening on October 28, 2017at the historic Museu Marítim in Barcelona, Spain. The exhibition has been described as a “10,000-square-foot interactive experience”, which will be full of images and artifacts from Game of Thrones, and let the fans have a close look at the props, set decorations, and the costumes from the show. The Exhibition has been promised to be immersive, with multimedia content, and interactives. There will be several areas in the exhibitions :
The wintry landscapes of the North, the tree-lined pathway of the Kingsroad, and the regal settings of King’s Landing. The conquered city of Meereen with its garrisons of Unsullied warriors and the loyalists of House Targaryen.
Iconic settings like the House of Black and White, the home of the Night’s Watch: Castle Black; and the frozen lands Beyond the Wall. The show-stopping centerpiece of the iconic Iron Throne Room, where visitors can gaze upon the Westerosi seat of power in all its foreboding glory.
The Exhibition will be open from 10 am, and close up at 8 pm, Tuesday-Thursday, and Sunday, and, 9 pm Friday-Saturday. The tickets are priced reasonably, at 18.50€ for adults, 12€ for children age 3-14, on Saturday – Sunday & public holidays, and 15.50€ for adults, and 10€ for children Tuesday- Friday.
