Game Of Thrones showrunners are still doing justice to the story: Sophie Turner
It is almost impossible to exactly predict the events about to happen in the final season of Game of Thrones, especially with the tighter security measures taken, seeing the leaks that happened the last year. Most of the cast members have already finished filming and a wrap up party was thrown recently which was attended by major cast members like Kit Harington, Joseph Dempsie, Maisie Williams and many more.
Sophie Turner, known for hyping and teasing Game of Thrones recently spoke to Digital Spy. She gave them a few hints about the climax.
“For me – without giving anything away, I guess – I was satisfied with how unpredictable the show’s ending really is,” she said to Digital Spy.
“People have come up with so many fan theories about how it’s going to end, and who will end up where, and who will end up with who. It really is so unpredictable the way that it ends up. I’m very satisfied with that, and I think that the fans will be satisfied with that, too.”
Nobody exactly knows how the series will end. The books too, are still in progress. Although George RR Martin has told the show runners – David and Dan the entire story, but the road to the ending might be slightly deviated from the original story. Still the definite starting and ending points for both the books and the TV series might still be the same.
“From reading the books thus far, it was their interpretation of where they thought the show would go,” she said, “They’re still doing justice to the story, and serving the characters in the way they feel like they should be.”
She hyped up the battle scenes this season by saying, “They’ve got nice, big battle scenes, that’s for sure.” Sophie also debunked the possibilities of her new tattoo of ‘The Pack Survives’ being taken as a spoiler by many fans.
“That would be terrible, if I got the ending tattooed on my body, just before the last season came out,” she said. “That would be so stupid.”
