Game of Thrones ends “the right way,” says Nikolaj Coster-Waldau

Game of Thrones is one of the best TV shows ever made, and the culmination of the story which has been in progress for about 8 years now, is right around the corner. We are all excited for the end, and anticipating it, while the cast members go on interviews to give us little teases and assurance that it’ll be good. The latest one is Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays the role of Jaime Lannister on the show, who recently said that Game of Thrones ends “the right way.” Read on!
This comes from his official interview at Cannes Film Festival. You can watch the video, below:

Speaking of how Game of Thrones ends, Nikolaj said:
“I also know that we end the right way and the show ends on its own terms. When I read the scripts for the last season, I was like, ‘Wow, they really pulled it off.’ It’s one story from season 1 to 9 and it makes sense.”
Now we know there are just eight seasons, but the main cast has been working on the show for nine years, so that’s probably what he meant. He also weighed in on the show’s new stance on leaks and security:
“They’re very very strict. It’s reached a crazy level this year. We actually get the scripts, and then when we’ve shot the scene — and we only have it digitally — and then when you’ve done the scene, it just vanishes. It’s like Mission: Impossible. “This will self-destruct.””
Well, let’s hope there aren’t any leaks this year, because it will really suck to have the good stuff spoiled to us before we get a chance to watch it. What do you guys think? Talk to us in the comments, below!
